Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges

Returns
At Papaver Design Studio, we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizes, and images before purchasing. Exchanges
We understand that sometimes an exchange may be necessary. We accept exchanges under the following conditions: Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product was defective or incorrect. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or an alternative product. To request an exchange, please email info@papaverdesignstudio.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and the item you wish to receive. We will provide further instructions upon approval.

Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps: Contact us at info@papaverdesignstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide a description of the issue along with clear photos of the damaged or defective item. Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Refunds
As all sales are final, we do not offer refunds unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved for a refund, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.
